At Modeling Icon, we strive to provide the best experience and service to our clients. This Payment Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments may be refunded.
1. No Refunds on Services Once Initiated
All payments made for modeling services (e.g., registration, portfolio shoots, promotions, workshops, consulting) are non-refundable once the service has started or materials have been delivered (including digital files or printed content).
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Service or product not delivered within 15 business days of confirmed processing (unless caused by client-side delays or force majeure)
- Cancellation requested within 12 hours of payment and before service initiation
To request a refund, you must email us at modelingicon2@gmail.com with:
- Full name
- Payment reference/receipt
- Reason for refund request
Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Portfolio creation services after the shoot
- Promotional or representation services once initiated
- Fees paid to third-party vendors (e.g., printing, event booking)
- Personalized or customized services
- Digital downloads or content delivered electronically
4. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed via the original method of payment
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account or payment app again
- Then contact your credit card company or payment service—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
